Rachell M. Dumas, RN, BSN, MSN(c), is a dedicated healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and the founder of A Light After Nine. Based in Atlanta, she combines her nursing expertise and personal experiences to support families navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, and maternal health challenges. A New Orleans native, Rachell channels her journey of resilience—including losses that inspired her nonprofit work—into offering emotional support, advocacy, and education for underserved communities.

Through A Light After Nine, Rachell provides mentorship, workshops, and doctor referrals while advocating for trauma-informed maternal care.
