Meet Liz Chang, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and Diabetes Metabolic Specialist offering compassionate, evidence-based care across Silicon Valley and beyond. As the founder of Pretty Mama Breastfeeding LLC, Liz brings over 11 years of experience supporting families through their breastfeeding journey—with culturally sensitive, bilingual support available both in-person and via Telehealth nationwide.
Liz’s path into lactation care is rooted in her understanding that breastfeeding is about much more than milk—it’s about connection, confidence, and being heard. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or navigating postpartum challenges, Liz creates a supportive, judgment-free space where families feel informed and empowered.

Liz offers personalized lactation consultations tailored to each family’s unique needs, including help with latch issues, milk supply concerns, pumping, returning to work, and more. Services are available in both English and Spanish, ensuring inclusive access for multicultural communities.
From prenatal education to navigating postpartum feeding, Liz provides one-on-one support in-home (Bay Area) or virtually across the U.S. Every session includes a custom care plan, follow-up resources, and ongoing communication—because support doesn’t stop after one visit.

As a proud Colombian-American consultant and medical interpreter, Liz prioritizes care for Black, Latinx, immigrant, and underrepresented families, addressing barriers to breastfeeding with dignity and respect. Her voice is trusted across national platforms—she’s been featured on NBC, Telemundo, PBS, and is a recognized advocate by the U.S. Breastfeeding Committee.
Liz also trains healthcare professionals, leads workshops, and partners with community orgs and workplaces to create more breastfeeding-friendly spaces for all parents.
