Wislène’s mission is to “empower parents with the knowledge and confidence needed to embrace their journey into parenthood”. As a mother, she understands the significance of this transformative time in life and is committed to helping her clients build confidence for a “glorious birth experience and postpartum season”.
Her passion for birth work began in 2019 when she learned about the alarming statistics affecting birthing people of color. Through her own childbirth experience, Wislène recognized the lack of support in the medical field and the significant knowledge gaps surrounding postpartum recovery and childbirth.
Wislène believes she is fulfilling her calling as a doula and is eager to support those on their path to parenthood. While she identifies as a Christian doula, she respects and serves everyone, tailoring her services to meet the unique needs of each client.
